CM Construction, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Jan Cammermeyer, whose dedication to quality work and honest relationships built the foundation of our company. What began as a small operation renovating apartments throughout the Washington, D.C. area quickly grew into a trusted name known for craftsmanship and dependability.

 

In 2017, Adolfo Miranda proudly took over the business, continuing Jan’s legacy while bringing new energy and vision to the company. Under Adolfo’s leadership, CM Construction, Inc. expanded its services and became a certified CBE subcontractor, partnering with other general contractors throughout the region.

As Adolfo prepares for retirement, his daughter Nayely is stepping in to learn the business, ready to uphold the legacy with a fresh perspective.
